This module is used to convert analog control signals, such as those output by many temperature controllers, to a pulse width modulated digital signal. This enables proportional control of the load power by the connected 1- or 3-phase solid-state contactors and relays.
This module monitors partial loads (several heating systems on a 1-phase solid state relay/contactor) for failures and also reports tripped fuses and thyristor faults to the controller.
The basic version is capable of monitoring six load elements. The expanded version controls maximum twelve load elements. As well as detecting the current, it also detects the load voltage and reports thyristor and network faults.
Faults are displayed over one or more LEDs and signaled to the controller over a PLC-compatible output.
This module is used to monitor partial loads, e.g. several heating elements connected to a 1-phase solid-state relay or contactor.
LEDs indicate failure of a partial load as well as fuse or thyristor faults. A normally-closed contact is used to signal faults or failures to a central controller.
The reference values are set automatically by triggering a teach input (remote teach). Voltage fluctuations are smoothed within a wide range and have no influence on the monitoring function.
The function module is used for regulating the output of complex heating systems and for operating loads which have inductive loads (motors and valves).
